Becoming a Primat client is done in four simple steps: 1) Create your client account via our web platform at https://primat.ca. 2) Sign the collection mandate, in accordance with the requirements of the Act respecting the collection of certain debts. 3) Transmit information relating to your debtors as well as corresponding proof of claim. 4) Pay the file opening fees, calculated based on the number of files submitted.
Becoming a ClientThere is a file opening fee of $39.99 per submitted file. We also offer an annual corporate package at $799.99 for an unlimited number of files. The commission is 25% for files less than 365 days old and 40% for files over 365 days old.
PricingOur process includes: 1) Sending a formal claim notice by mail and email. 2) Active steps including phone calls, SMS with payment links, formal emails and voice messages. 3) Reporting to credit bureaus for unpaid debts. 4) Investigation services to collect relevant information. This approach maximizes recovery chances.
Collection ProcessRecovered amounts are remitted at the beginning of each month by bank transfer, provided they exceed $500.00. If you have only one file and the balance is less than this amount, payment can be made upon request or once the entire amount has been recovered.
Fund RemittanceWith Primat, your business gets a collection department with no fixed costs. For example, if an internal employee recovers $100,000 but costs you $55,000 in salary, your net profit is $45,000. With our specialized tools, you could recover $110,000. After our commission, your net profit rises to $78,382. Even in a pessimistic scenario, you remain profitable with us.
AdvantagesUnlike other agencies, we don't impose binding subscriptions. You only pay for what you need: if you have one file, you only pay for that file. This flexible formula allows you to benefit from our professional services without long-term commitment.
